This project will be the first training course for Masters in Food Technologies at the National University of Food Technologies, which will introduce the best practices of the European Union on the safe use of food additives and their effective use in production. Conducting summer schools will facilitate the dissemination of knowledge of European Union policy to the non-academic community. All interested persons will have access to additional course materials through the online course and the project website.
